As many people do, John got a nine to five office job when he left school but after a few years he found he wanted a change. To help himself he began to read books on psychology and personal development, which taught him how to create his own path in life. He set some big goals for himself, including owning his own business and after a few years that?s exactly what happened. John left the world of employment and started his first business in 1991.
John created Dashfield Coaching and Development early in the new millennium. He wanted to combine his passion for personal and business development with helping business people to solve their problems and create incredible lives.
Working with his clients John draws on his own considerable experience and uses Neuro-Liguistic Programming (business and master practitioner and trainer training through The Society of NLP), coaching (certified with distinction, Coaching Academy), and many other psychological, personal and business development tools. He assists his clients to make the breakthroughs and transformations they seek in both their business and personal lives.
John is assisted in the running of his business by a small team of dedicated people. Jane Heathcote is John?s assistant. John employs the services of Rocket Science IT, Blue Ocean Tele-marketing, and Alison Squires to help run the marketing side of the business.
